Losing love handles fast depends on three variables. This article gets to discuss exactly what to do to have success with the excess flab around your waist after all it is not rocket science.

Easy to execute when you spread your legs about shoulder wide. Bend to the left as far as you can. Your fingertips should touch down around the side of the calf region.

Once I get to bend as far as I can, I pause and go back and forward for about 1-2 seconds before going all the way back to the starting position and alternating to the right side of my body. One repetition is doing both sides of your body.

Other exercises to consider here for success in all areas of the body and to add variety are:
Squats - with weights or without Push ups - close gripped and wide gripped Chin ups Lunges - with weights or withouts Stability ball crunches shoulder lifts Free weights chest presses Weight overhead thrusts.

The second key for success is to do aerobic exercise.

I have found the best exercises are short intense bursts and I follow routines using skipping, short sprints, uphill sprints or natural body weight exercises such as Hindu push ups, squats, lunges and sit ups in a short routine of about 20 minutes.

So a sample great routine for success could be: Day 1 - skipping for 2 minutes with 30 second rest in between. Repeat five times. Then follow with 100 losing love handle exercises such as side bends. You see blending the two key areas together is a great way to go to maximize results.
The third key for losing love handles is eating healthy most of the time. Here is a simple rule that may help you as it has with me. I aim to have one of these three ( fruit, salad or vegetables) with every meal. Simple and easy to do don't you think.

I also drink water before every meal so at least 3 times per day and often in between meals (another two glasses of water) and have a handful of nuts or seeds often as a snack.
The best philosophy is to make diet, fitness and weight loss as easy as possible so losing love handles is an easy process.
