I recently saw the following video and I must say I was very impressed at the information contained within showing 3 simple exercises to add into any workout program for helping you to eliminate excess body fat.

Losing love handles need not be difficult. Just a few simple exercise done several times a week by adding these onto any other aerobic or gym session will do the trick. Of course, eating healthily most of the time is the other important component.
